Technology

Maintaining a modern and efficient machine equipment is our top priority. We improve our machine and tool expertise systematically so that we can always offer the most optimal solution for our customers.

Our production technology suppor effective and high-quality serial production. In the core of technology there are several horizontal machining centres, connected to automatic multipallet handling systems and large toolmagazines. In turning we have several amount of effective lathes with robot handling. In quality control there is 3D coordinate measurement machines and huge amount of other measurement equipments.

The environmental impacts of our operation concern the use of energy and the waste created by production. We are committed to operating with responsible manner in all environmental aspects. Northern quality as a foundation for international success

JMC Engine, a Finnish contract manufacturer for machine and equipment builders, was established in 1997. We are based in Ruukki, Finland. We’re proud to share a visual representation of our journey – a map highlighting all the locations across Europe where we are active daily. Besides Europe, we are regularly delivering to our customers in China.

We produce sub-assemblies and serve as a serial production contract partner for major international operators. Our core is still in the machining of cast iron components.

From the perspective of European metropolises, our location may seem remote, but we have turned this into a motivation for quality. The only way to succeed is to specialize, serve and do the best work in Europe in our field.
